    I have been dealing with chronic lower back pain for almost two years now, and a friend recently suggested acupuncture. I am curious whether anyone here has actually tried it and seen real results.

    What I have read so far

    Some studies suggest acupuncture can help with chronic pain, but I want to hear real experiences: how many sessions did it take before you noticed a difference?
