    I have severe allergies and carry an auto-injector. 💉 When should epinephrine be used?

    Symptom Action
    Trouble breathing 😮‍💨 Use epinephrine now
    Swollen lips/tongue 👅 Emergency
    Hives + vomiting 🤢 Use if severe
    Mild rash only 🌿 Assess, but ask for guidance
    • Call emergency services
    • Symptoms can return
    • Always get medical follow-up
