    I get dizzy spells that make the room spin. 🌀 What are the common causes of vertigo?

    Cause Clue
    BPPV 🪨 Positional, short episodes
    Inner ear issues 🌀 Often with hearing changes
    Migraine 🌩️ Motion sensitivity
    Low blood pressure 📉 On standing quickly
    • Noted when episodes happen
    • Saw a doctor
    • Asked about Epley maneuver
