Hi everyone, 👋 I am 6 weeks post-heart-attack and my cardiologist has cleared me for a cardiac rehab programme. I would love to hear from others who have been through this. 🏃

    Cardiac rehab exercise

What my rehab plan looks like

    Week Activity Target HR zone
1–2 Brisk walking, 10–15 min 40–50% max HR
    3–4 Walking + light cycling, 20 min 50–60%
    5–6 Interval walking, 25 min 60–70%

    Questions for you 💬

    • How soon did you return to daily activities?
    • Did anyone use a heart-rate monitor? Which one?
    • Any warning signs I should watch for?

Would really appreciate your experience — good or bad. 🙏
