    I fainted at work and felt embarrassed. 😵 What causes fainting and what should you do?

    If you feel faint

    Cause Note
    Low blood pressure 📉 Standing up quickly
    Dehydration 💧 Common
    Low blood sugar 🍬 Missed meals
    Serious causes ⚠️ Heart-related, need evaluation
    • Lie down or sit head between knees
    • Hydrate slowly
    • Get checked if recurrent
