Living with an autoimmune condition means learning to plan for flares, not just hope they pass. ⚡ I want to compare notes on what actually helps during a flare.

    Autoimmune flare management

    My current flare toolkit

    Tool When I use it
Rest and pacing At the first sign of fatigue 🛌
Anti-inflammatory diet During flares, avoid triggers
    Stress reduction Meditation and breathing
    Warm compresses For painful joints
Communication with my doctor Early, not late

    Questions 💬

    • How do you tell a mild flare from a serious one needing urgent care?
    • Has anyone found a trigger pattern (stress, sleep, food)?
    • What is your “do not ignore” symptom list?

Autoimmune journeys are unique, but a shared toolkit helps everyone. What would you add to mine? 💪
