    I wash my hands constantly and they crack painfully. 🧼 How do you protect hands with hand eczema?

    Gentle soap 🧼 Less stripping
    Moisturize after every wash 🧴 Rebuild barrier
    Cotton gloves over ointment 🧤 Overnight therapy
    Avoid hot water 🔥 Lukewarm is kinder
    • Keep mini moisturizer everywhere
    • Pat dry, don’t rub
    • Use gloves for chores
