Signs not to ignore

Group Frequency

Healthy adults 20–39 🧑 Every 2 years unless symptoms

Ages 40–64 🧔 Every 1–2 years

65+ 👴 Yearly

With conditions/risk ⚠️ Follow doctor advice
- Sudden vision change
- Pain or redness
- Flashes or floaters increase
