I am considering intermittent fasting but take thyroid medication. ⏳ Is fasting compatible with thyroid treatment?

Concern	Consideration
Medication timing 💊	May need empty stomach, fasting helps
Energy levels 🔋	Some feel low while fasting
Blood sugar 📉	Monitor if on glucose meds
Stress response 😰	Fasting is a mild stressor
