    Age range 🎂 Usually 50–80
    Smoking history 🚬 20 pack-years or more
    Current or quit within 15 yrs ⏰ Qualifies
    Method 📡 Low-dose CT scan

    • Screening catches early stages
    • Quitting still helps at any age
