    My cast comes off next week. 🦴 What should rehab after a fracture focus on?

    Muscle loss 💪 Rebuild strength
    Balance 🧘 Confidence returns
    Functional tasks 🚶 Walk, carry, reach
    • Some soreness
    • Gradual gains
    • Plateaus are normal
