    My colonoscopy is next week and I’m dreading prep. 🧫 How do you get through colonoscopy prep?

    Follow prep exactly 📋 Clear colon = better exam
    Clear liquids 🧃 Broth, clear juices
    Stay near a toilet 🚽 Prep does its job
    Comfort items 🧻 Wipes, barrier cream
    • Sedation makes it easy
    • It’s usually quick
    • You’ll be glad it’s done
