    Unremarkable ✅ Nothing concerning found
    Stable 🔄 No change from before
    Benign 🌿 Non-cancerous
    Incidental finding 🤔 Unrelated discovery
    • Don’t self-diagnose
    • Ask your doctor
    • Reports need context
