    Someone had a seizure near me. 🧠 What is the right first aid for a seizure?

    Do Don’t
    Cushion head 🧻 Don’t hold them down
    Time it ⏱️ Don’t put things in mouth
    Turn on side (recovery) 🔄 Don’t restrain
    Call if >5 min 📞 Don’t give water
    • Stay until alert
    • Comfort and reassure
    • Seek care if injured or first seizure
