    Blood work 🧪 B12, sugar, thyroid, kidney
    Nerve conduction 📉 How fast signals travel
    EMG ⚡ Muscle electrical activity
    Imaging 🖥️ Spine or brain if needed
    • Keep a symptom log
    • List what makes it better/worse
    • Ask what each test looks for
