1.2 Synchronous video consultation, asynchronous text consultation, online prescription renewal services provided by Licensed Practitioners shall only establish limited telemedicine service relationship under the laws of [Your Registered Jurisdiction, e.g. Singapore/Hong Kong/USA State XX]. No full in-person doctor-patient relationship equal to offline physical clinic is formed.

本平台持牌医师提供的视频问诊、图文复诊、线上续方服务，仅依据【贵司注册属地，如新加坡 / 中国香港 / 美国 XX 州】法律成立有限远程医疗服务关系，不等同线下实体门诊完整医患诊疗关系。

1.3 The platform does NOT provide emergency rescue, on-site physical examination, surgical operation, invasive test services. Telemedicine cannot replace face-to-face clinical palpation, auscultation, lab onsite inspection.

平台不提供急诊急救、线下查体、手术、有创检查服务；远程问诊无法替代线下触诊、听诊、现场实验室检测，存在天然诊断局限性。

1.4 Users located in countries/regions where our practitioners hold NO valid local medical license shall only receive informational consultation; we refuse formal diagnosis & prescription for unlicensed jurisdiction users to avoid unauthorized medical practice liability.

若用户所在国家 / 地区，我方医师未持有当地有效行医牌照，仅可提供健康资讯沟通，拒绝出具正式诊断与处方，规避异地非法行医法律风险。

Within the maximum scope permitted by local cross-border healthcare laws, the Platform and its licensed medical team shall NOT bear compensation liability for damages arising purely from the below objective telemedicine limits, provided we fully fulfilled informed risk notification obligations before consultation:

在跨境医疗适用法律允许最大范围内，若平台已在问诊前完整履行风险告知义务，仅因以下远程客观局限造成损害，平台及持证医疗团队不承担赔偿责任：

2.1 Remote visual/audio delay, screen distortion, insufficient image clarity leading to incomplete symptom judgment, missed minor lesions that can only be detected via offline physical checkups;

网络音视频延迟、画面失真、图像清晰度不足，导致症状判断不全、仅线下查体可发现的微小病灶漏判；

2.2 Individual physiological differences, latent rare allergies, unknown underlying diseases, disease sudden progression that current global medical technology cannot fully predict or avoid;

个体体质差异、隐匿罕见过敏、未知基础疾病、现有全球医学技术无法预判的病情突发进展；

2.3 Temporary platform server breakdown, network disconnection, third-party telecom operator failure interrupting consultation, no permanent data loss caused by our intentional fault;

平台服务器临时故障、网络中断、第三方运营商问题中断问诊（非我方故意过错造成数据永久丢失除外）；

2.4 Medication curative effect discrepancy due to different regional drug production standards, user physical absorption difference;

不同地区药品生产标准差异、用户个人药物吸收能力不同导致药效不达预期。

User fully acknowledges and agrees that all losses, injury, medical complications, death, legal penalties caused by the following user conducts shall be borne solely by the User, and the Platform shall be fully indemnified by User for all third-party claims, fines, attorney fees incurred therefrom:

用户充分知悉并同意，因用户以下行为产生全部人身损害、并发症、财产损失、法律处罚，均由用户自行承担；若平台因此被第三方追责，用户须全额赔偿平台罚金、律师费、诉讼损失：

3.1 Concealment or false statement of complete medical history, drug allergy history, surgery record, chronic illness, pregnancy status, infectious disease, past treatment records;

隐瞒、虚假陈述完整病史、药物过敏史、手术史、慢性病、孕期、传染病、既往诊疗记录；

3.2 Disobey all medical orders including dosage, medication cycle, review schedule, diet restriction; unilaterally adjust dosage, stop treatment, use folk remedies, purchase overseas unapproved medicines without practitioner approval;

拒不遵守全部医嘱（用药剂量、疗程、复查时间、饮食禁忌）；擅自调整药量、中断治疗、使用偏方、私自外购境外未获批药品；

3.3 Ignore online practitioner’s advice to seek local offline emergency care for severe chest pain, dyspnea, massive bleeding, unconsciousness, acute trauma and other critical emergency conditions;

出现剧烈胸痛、呼吸困难、大出血、昏迷、急性外伤等危重急症，无视线上医师立即线下急诊的建议；

3.4 Provide false identity information, fake medical records to obtain consultation, prescription or medical certificate for illegal purposes;

提供虚假身份、伪造病历，以非法目的获取问诊、处方、医疗证明；

3.5 Share consultation video, medical records, prescription, private health data to public social media without written platform consent, resulting in privacy leakage or adverse public opinion.

未经平台书面许可，将问诊视频、病历、处方、个人健康隐私数据转发至公开社交平台，造成隐私泄露、舆情纠纷。

4.1 All online prescriptions issued are only valid in the practitioner’s licensed jurisdiction. Users shall independently verify whether the prescription, related medicine complies with the drug supervision laws of the user’s resident country/region before purchasing cross-border medicines.

线上开具处方仅在医师持证辖区内有效；用户跨境购药前，自行核实处方、药品是否符合本人居住地区药品监管法规。

4.2 The Platform does not participate in cross-border drug logistics, customs clearance, local drug registration procedures. Customs detention, drug confiscation, local regulatory fines arising from user self-order cross-border medicines shall be User’s sole responsibility.

平台不参与跨境药品物流、清关、本地药品备案流程；用户自行跨境购药产生海关扣押、药品没收、当地监管罚款，全部由用户承担。

4.3 We shall not prescribe controlled substances, psychotropic drugs, high-risk toxic medicines via cross-border telemedicine in compliance with global pharmaceutical regulatory rules; any user forced request for prohibited prescriptions will be rejected, and related risks shall be borne by User.

依据全球药品监管规则，平台不跨境开具管制类、精神类、高危毒性药品处方；用户强行要求开具禁开处方将被拒绝，相关风险由用户自负。

5.1 Health information belongs to sensitive personal data. By ticking the consent box, User grants explicit, revocable consent for the Platform to encrypt, store, transmit health records cross-border to servers located in [Platform Server Region] for telemedicine service delivery, complying with cross-border data transfer clauses under GDPR /local data protection acts.

健康信息属于敏感个人数据；用户勾选同意即代表作出明确、可撤销授权，允许平台将病历加密、存储、跨境传输至【平台服务器所在地】服务器用于远程诊疗，完全遵循 GDPR / 属地数据保护法跨境数据传输规则。

5.2 The Platform adopts end-to-end encryption for all medical data; we shall never disclose User’s health information to irrelevant third parties without separate written user authorization.

平台全部医疗数据采用端到端加密；无用户单独书面授权，绝不向无关第三方泄露用户健康信息。

5.3 User bears sole risk for privacy leakage caused by user’s own device virus, account password disclosure, unauthorized third-party login of user’s account.

因用户设备病毒、账号密码泄露、他人擅自登录账号造成隐私泄露，风险由用户自行承担。

6.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CROSS-BORDER HEALTHCARE LAWS, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE PLATFORM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND LICENSED MEDICAL STAFF FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SERVICE FEES YOU PAID TO THE PLATFORM WITHIN 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM EVENT.

在跨境医疗适用法律允许最大范围内，平台、股东、员工、持证医师对用户全部索赔、损失的累计总赔偿上限，不超过索赔事件发生前 12 个月内用户向平台支付的全部服务费总额。

6.2 This Disclaimer and all telemedicine service disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of [Your Platform Registered Country/Region, e.g. Hong Kong SAR / Singapore]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this service shall be submitted to the courts located in [Registered Jurisdiction] for exclusive jurisdiction, excluding courts in user’s resident country.

本免责声明及全部远程医疗服务纠纷，唯一适用法律为平台注册地法律（如中国香港 / 新加坡）；所有相关争议仅提交注册属地法院专属管辖，排除用户所在国法院管辖权。

6.3 If any single clause of this Disclaimer is deemed invalid or unenforceable by competent court judgment, the remaining clauses shall remain fully effective and binding between both parties.

若本声明任一条款被管辖法院判定无效、不可执行，其余条款继续完整生效，对双方具备法律约束力。
